To all members of A Father’s Truth; first and foremost we wish you all the best for the holiday season. We know what a difficult time of year this is for all of us and we truly wish you the strength to get through it with peace and your head held high.
On another note, we just want to take a moment to reach out to the group since things with the COVID-19 virus continue to hamper our efforts. Our rally last April was postponed, not cancelled, it will happen when it is safe and responsible to do so and we have chosen to look at this time as an opportunity to get more organized and make sure the rally is even bigger and more impactful when it happens than it would have been had we done it last April.
As you all know this particular group is an action group, we are always there to provide support because that is so important but our sister group; A Father’s Truth Support Group was created for that primary purpose. As an action group we just wanted to let you know that behind the scenes the wheels of action are turning. The admins have been talking and are planning some things that we hope to be able to talk about in more detail very soon.
Since this group was created so many of you have approached or contacted us asking for how you can help, contribute or get involved. We have now grown to a membership of over 7,000 strong and your opportunity to help, contribute and get involved is coming up. It is said that there is power in numbers and now we need to harness some of the power that our numbers give us. We are going to need to rely on each other to move this fight forward, it cannot fall squarely on the shoulders of just a few or just one. So, please keep your eyes on this page over the coming weeks as we reach out to our membership and when the appropriate time comes where you feel your skill set will help us with what we are need at that time, please step up and step forward to help.
We are so thrilled that some of you have been reunited with your children but remember, our fight isn’t over until we have reformed family law and the family court system in this country. Until then we need to fight for those who are still going through this nightmare, for those who have gone through it and lost so much, for those who have yet to go through it and most importantly, we need to fight for our children who will pay the biggest price of all for this insidious act.
We look forward to sharing more with you in the near future and we look forward to working more closely with members of our group so we can start to take more action in the name of Family Law Reform as this group was created to do!
